Evolution of WHALES
Whales: Fish or Mammals? They started on land and conquered the waters. They had wolf-like skull, knee caps, feet and even toes. As they went into the waters, their limbs slowly evolved into flippers. But their movements in waters remained similar to that of land mammals.

Glow-in-the-dark SHARKS: (a) Cookie-cutter shark
Reported in 1998. From the above, the shark appears as dark as the deep waters. However, from the bottom, the outline of the shark invisible against the light the emitted from the bottom of the shark due to the effect of its bioluminescence triggered by cells. It attacks its prey and bites off a cookie-shaped part of its flesh. Full article: Glow-in-the-dark shark has killer smudge @ ScienceNews Glow-in-the-dark SHARKS: (b) Lantern shark Reported in 2009. Another species of shark which gives of the glow. However, unlike the cookie-cutter shark, this group of shark make use of 3 switches, in their belly, to turn on and off their hormone-controlled bioluminescence function. Thus, they are able to glow as they like.
